If you're looking to download reports from CE Panel, here's a simple guide to help you through the process:
1. Navigate to the Engage section from the dashboard.
2. Click on Customize and choose the required campaign metrics (sent, delivered, opened, clicked) and save the changes.
3. Click on Filters and select the desired duration (Last 30 days) and channel (Email) and desired tags if any and apply the changes.
4. Click on Download to download the report. The Export Pane will open.
5. Select the type of report from Summary and Detailed as per your requirement.
6. Select the Channel, Report Type, Duration and Email Id on which you want to receive the report.
